Signalhorn announced today that it has successfully concluded contract negotiations with TLDC Gabon, one of Central and Western Africa’s key internet providers.

The agreement includes utilization of Signalhorn’s Optimize™ service, an innovative satellite communication offering designed specifically for customers in the African region.
